What I love

Interests.

The things that keep me curious, grounded, and inspired outside of work.

A few all-time favorites I keep coming back to.

  • Anna Karenina
  • Wuthering Heights
  • Fahrenheit 451
  • The Boy in the Striped Pajamas
  • The Shack

The moments that help me recharge and reset.

My friends are my energy source. Whether it is a coffee run, a spontaneous dinner, or just hanging out and doing nothing, those moments are what I recharge on. I believe the people around you shape who you become.

The part of my life that keeps everything else in perspective.

Some of my favorite moments are the simplest ones. Cooking together, trying new restaurants, watching movies on the couch, and traveling whenever we can. Family is my foundation and the reason I care so much about health in the first place.

I genuinely enjoy being in rooms where people are building things.

I genuinely like networking and I know that is not a common thing to say. Something about being around people who are building things just gets me going. I have been to the HBS Women's Health Summit, various health tech events around Boston, and honestly some of the best conversations I have had professionally started from just walking into a room.

A personal journey that became part of my identity.

My health coaching journey started from a deeply personal place. I was diagnosed with PCOS, and my mom was diagnosed with cancer. That experience pushed me to take health into my own hands. I completed a nutrition, health coaching, and menopause teachings certification through Mind Body Green, driven by my passion for female health and wanting to help other women navigate the same challenges.

One of those interests that stopped being casual a long time ago.

I cannot turn this off even when I try. Wearables, femtech, personalized health, I am constantly reading, researching, and forming opinions. I built case studies on gaps in wearable tech for women that got responses from actual industry executives, so at some point this stopped being a hobby and just became who I am.
